Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between MatiWon Technology (“MatiWon”, “we”) and the accommodation provider (“Partner”, “you”) that registers on MatiNext to list a property on the Mati Trip marketplace. By creating an account or using MatiNext you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Listing Policy.

1. Eligibility & account

  • You must be at least 18, legally able to enter contracts, and authorised to list and sell stays at the property.
  • Provide accurate registration details and keep them current. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for the confidentiality of your credentials.
  • Team members you invite act on your behalf; you are responsible for their access and actions.

2. The service

MatiNext lets you create and manage a property listing, set rates, availability and policies, upload media, receive bookings made by guests on Mati Trip, and receive payouts. MatiWon operates the marketplace and the technology; MatiWon is not the provider of the accommodation and is not a party to the stay contract between you and the guest, except as expressly stated for payment collection.

3. Your listing & obligations

  • Ensure all listing information — rooms, occupancy, rates, taxes, availability, amenities, location and policies — is accurate, complete and kept up to date.
  • Honour every confirmed booking at the price and on the terms shown to the guest at the time of booking. Do not cancel or “walk” a guest except as permitted by your stated policy or for genuine force majeure.
  • Keep availability accurate to avoid overbooking. If you use a channel manager, you are responsible for the rates and inventory it pushes.
  • Collect any amount payable at the property, issue any legally required documents, and remit applicable taxes (GST etc.) to the authorities.
  • Comply with all laws applicable to operating your property, including licensing, safety, guest registration, anti-discrimination and consumer-protection rules.
  • Meet the standards in the Listing Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

4. Bookings, payments & payouts

  • Pay-at-Hotel bookings: the guest pays you directly at the property. You may set a hold window after which an unconfirmed booking is auto-released.
  • Prepaid bookings: the guest pays through the method shown on Mati Trip. Funds collected on your behalf, less MatiWon’s commission and any applicable charges or taxes, are paid out to the bank account you register, on MatiWon’s standard payout cycle.
  • Commission: MatiWon charges commission on bookings as separately agreed or as shown in MatiNext. Commission rates and payout timing may change on prior notice.
  • Refunds & chargebacks: refunds due under your cancellation policy, and any chargebacks or guest-relations adjustments, may be set off against amounts payable to you.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your bank and tax details. MatiWon is not liable for a payout delayed or misdirected due to incorrect details you provided.

5. Content licence

You grant MatiWon a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt (e.g. resize/compress), publish and display the content you upload (property information, photos, videos, Reels) for the purpose of operating and promoting the listing and the Mati Trip marketplace. You represent that you own or have the rights to all content you upload and that it does not infringe any third-party right or contain anything unlawful.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings, reviews, ratings or availability.
  • Attempt to take bookings off-platform to avoid commission, or place contact details / off-platform booking instructions in listing content.
  • Discriminate against guests unlawfully, or engage in unsafe or illegal activity.
  • Interfere with, probe or overload the service, bypass security or rate limits, scrape data, or access another Partner’s data.
  • Upload malware or infringing, obscene or unlawful content.

7. Suspension & termination

You may stop using MatiNext at any time; open bookings must still be honoured and pending payouts completed. We may suspend or terminate your access, or remove a listing, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or the Listing Policy, if required by law, or to protect guests, other Partners or the platform. Sections that by their nature should survive (payment, content licence, liability, governing law) continue after termination.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

MatiNext is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MatiWon disclaims all implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data. MatiWon’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the total commission MatiWon earned from your bookings in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Indemnity

You will indemnify MatiWon against claims, losses and expenses arising from your listing, your provision of (or failure to provide) the stay, your content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or any third-party right.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any applicable arbitration agreed separately in writing.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in MatiNext or by email and the “Effective” date updated. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
